White House Visits CSUN; Reed Chickens Out

So apparently the executive director of the White House Initiative on Education Excellence for Hispanic Americans held an event at CSU Northridge which CSU Chancellor Reed was supposed to be part of.

Except that he skipped out because he was afraid of the student protesters that were there to greet him.

Seriously Reed, are you really that scared of further public humiliation from students who are demanding that you stop dismantling the CSU and start publicly advocating for funding the CSU?  It certainly doesn't help to skip out when the White House comes a knocking!
